Here we go again…

Ok, we’re officially waiting once more.

Yet another new nurse this time. I think I’ve spoken to her on the phone before but this is the first time she’s done the honours for us. It wasn’t the smoothest of rides this time – I’ve been feeling crampy and uncomfortable ever since – a combination of the IUI and ovulation, let’s hope, eh? Not the nurse’s fault I don’t think, just a result of induced ovulation rather than the DIY sort that I’m used to. Apparently we had a “really good sample” this time – lots of lively ones that can swim in the right direction I hope.

And that’s the news from my nether regions today.

Hope that the crampy feeling passes soon (sometimes that can happen when they push a little air into your uterus, at least that’s what my doc says) and I hope that your popping out a big egg!!!!

Oooh good luck! I hope the differences this time, though unpleasant, make for a different result.

  8. Such good news my dear. Definitely a winning combination. Have a lovely wait. It is sure to be a very long 9.5 month long one.

  10. I hope the cramps are a sign of one (or more!) healthy, hardy eggs bursting out right on time for you. I think that on every cycle I’ve had at least one new ache or pain or feeling or symptom, As far into this as we are, different always feels good, doesn’t it?

I would absolutely love for this to be the one that works for you two so that you can tear up your list of IVF questions and burn it in celebration of your BFP!
